I have known Jade Justin for over 12 years and for 8 of those years I have entrusted care and sitting of my son throughout his years.
Jade is patient and creative and just amazing with children. She always found age appropriate activities and even educational activities to help my child grow confidence and learn through play. She is highly reliable and you can trust your child is safe, but most of all they will be having a good time.

I have known Jade for two years in her capacity as day care worker and private baby sitter. My daughter, Willow, began at day care when she was one year old at the centre where Jade worked. Although Jade didn’t work in the baby room, she was predominantly the early starter in the baby room where Willow attended. Jade would always greet Willow and myself with cheer and enthusiasm and genuine interest in Willow’s wellbeing. She very quickly got to
know Willow and what she liked and how she liked to be spoken to and how to transition her away from me. I was always very relieved when Jade was working in the morning as Willow would be happy to go to Jade and would smile and say goodbye to me.
This was not the case with other carers who would occasionally work the early shift. Due to the wonderful rapport Jade had with Willow at the centre, I asked her if she would babysit Willow privately at our home. Jade babysat Willow every Saturday for 10 weeks from 7am to 11am. She was always on time and once again greeted Willow with enthusiasm and genuine interest and warmth. I would receive text updates throughout the morning to show me the fun they were having. Jade would do a variety of activities with Willow and kept her happy and well entertained. Jade also babysat Willow on several other occasions and
Willow thoroughly enjoyed her time with Jade.
I would highly recommend Jade for any work relating to children. She is caring, kind, thoughtful, intuitive and clearly passionate about her work. I wish her all the best with her future endeavours.

We can wholeheartedly recommend the babysitting services of Jade to any young families. She has done an amazing job caring for our one and three year old children, on a casual basis these past twelve months.
Our kids are very sad she is moving to Perth and she will be very hard to replace. She built a rapport with both of them almost instantaneously which was very surprising to witness, and the outpouring of love they show her is very obviously returned.
If you have the opportunity to lock in her services you won't be disappointed.

I have known Jade for a year and a half where she initially worked at the childcare centre my twins attended. My now 4-year-old twins loved playing with Miss Jade at the centre as she had a fantastic connection with not only my children but all the other little ones too.
After hearing that she was leaving the centre to finish her studies, I got in contact with her to find out if she might be available to babysit for us privately as I was in need of some extra help. It turned out our times worked out and we started a regular Wednesday appointment for Jade to come to our house and babysit my twins any where from 2 hours a day up to 6 hours. She also made herself available on the few occasions I needed last minute help with a sick child or change of my work times. My twins were always very happy to see Jade and were excited to know she was coming over to play with them and look after them.
Qualities I greatly appreciate about Jade are her reliability and punctuality. Not once was she late or had to cancel an appointment with me. She confirmed our time with me on a weekly basis and arrived early or just on time each and every occasion we had booked in. Jade always made a huge effort to find activities to stimulate and entertain my twins, whilst providing a fun and secure environment for them. I trust her one completely, which is an important thing for me, as I wont leave my children with just anyone.
Jade will be a great bonus for any family she encounters as she has a natural feeling and connection with children. She has a very good knowledge of how to be clear in directions with them whilst having a fun and interactive balance. Jades great work ethics and reliability coupled with her wonderful repour and sense of fun and adventure with children make her a potentially excellent choice to care for any child in any family set up.
